Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging is also required.

Certain product categories are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
